Where is the site of the festival? 

The site is located in Dillon, CO 80435. Dillon is just off  I-70 and up the road from Silverthorne, CO towards Keystone, CO.

Is the show a "block off the streets" event, in a park, or other?

This is a "block off the streets" event.

When can we load in?

Load in will be Thursday after 6 pm til 9 pm and you may also set up from 6:30 am to 8:30 am on Friday morning but I do not recommend it as Friday morning is busy at the show.

When do we need to be all packed up and gone on Sunday? 

9 pm Sunday night.

When is the app deadline for this show?

MAY 1st, 2017

When is the cancellation deadline for this show?
In writing by May 1st. Cancellations will be accepted up to May 1st. Once we begin the jury, cancellations are not accepted. If you are accepted into the show, booth and corner fees are non-refundable.

What type of over night security will you be providing? 

Professional, licensed, and insured security person will be on site all night.

How many years has the show been presented?

9 years

About how many people attend the event – are they local, tourists?

15,000 over 3 days. 80 % tourists.

Do you have any idea about level of sales – total dollar amount per artist, average selling price of items?

Since artists do not report sales to me, I do not have an accurate number. However, last year two of the artist were well into 5 figures. Sales have been increasing every year.

How many returning artists do you get each year?

Last year was 70 %. It has been rising every year.
